Partnership in Bloom at the Flower Show!

For a number of years now, Philly Fair Trade Roasters has taken our food waste (coffee grounds, filters, chaff, banana peels) to Saul Agricultural High School on Henry Avenue. They turn our waste and others into high-quality compost and use it in their crops and in the bedding for their animals to deter pests. We recently found out that they are using our compost in this year's Flower Show! They also sell the compost at various outlets -- as Henry Got Compost!
