Have your own homemade ice cream recipe?  Great, just add a packet of our instant coffee (see options below) to make your own great tasting coffee flavored ice cream.  Need a recipe?  We can help with that too!

Ingredients:

I packet instant coffee (Mexico, Decaf Mexico, Colombia)

3 egg yolks

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 tablespoon vanilla paste

1 tablespoon arrowroot

1 tablespoon Cointreau (optional)

1 teaspoon salt

3 cups heavy cream

Directions:

Beat egg yolks and blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into an ice cream maker and process according to instructions, usually 20-25 mins. Transfer ice cream to a shallow plastic container and store in the freezer.
