Our roaster recommends: 20 grams of coffee in, 40 grams of espresso out, in about 30–33 seconds. Adjust your grind finer if it runs too fast, or coarser if it runs too slow. This is a great starting recipe—feel free to experiment to find your perfect pour.

Our blend combines Organic, Fairtrade beans from Colombia—grown by our partner Diana Conde—with Organic, Fairtrade beans from Copán, Honduras. We roast this blend to a Full City+ range, which ensures a rich, creamy body and excellent extraction.
