This natural processed coffee is carefully crafted by blending various day lots that share a baklava and mango taste. It is made up of red and yellow caturra, catuai, bourbon and pacamara. All fruit is picked at the peak of ripeness and dried for 34 days on raised beds. In this coffee we taste baklava, mango and honey.
